Gold N’ Dayz Travel ® accepts the following forms of payment for online transactions:
(1) Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover
Once you have made the decision to travel with Gold N’ Dayz Travel ®, your online booking must be paid for in full / unless other arrangements have been made, also applicable deposit made at time of booking.
GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® reservations are ticketless except for reservations including infants under the age of two. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at time of reservation, GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® is not responsible for non-deliverable emails. Always check your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt.
Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $15 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, a minimum of $100 per ticket will be due in addition to the revision fee. Certain airfares and airlines do not allow any changes.
A cancellation constitutes complete termination of a trip of one or more passengers on a reservation, a change in origin or destination city, or a name
change after ticketing has occurred. To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation.
DEPARTURE CANCELLATION PENALTY PER PERSON
46 or more days prior to departure: $50.00
45 - 22 days prior to departure: $100.00
21 - 0 days prior to departure: $150.00
Additional Charges: Airline ticket cancellation fees, re-ticketing fees and supplier fees may also apply in addition to the GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL® fees listed above. Additional cancellation penalties may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales. The GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL Protection Plan is highly recommended. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing refunds after notification.
A written refund request (subject to the penalties herein) must be submitted to GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® no later than 7 days after the scheduled departure date or any payments and deposits shall be forfeited.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
U.S. citizens must present a valid passport. Foreign travelers please visit your local consulate for travel requirements (VISA or other written
verification). The airline cannot board any passenger who fails to carry proper documents. GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® will not make any refunds due to your failure to bring the proper documentation. A driver's license is not acceptable as proof of citizenship.
Please Check the Expiration date on your passport: When traveling to foreign countries and to insure a stress free return your passport must be valid for travel 6 (Six) Months after your Return date of your travel Reservation.
Some Airlines allow each passenger to travel with one carry-on bag (maximum weight 30 lbs). Additional baggage may incur excess baggage charges. Stowed Baggage, Expect to Pay Minimum $20.00 per bag, per person, per destination.
You must check in at least 2-1/2 hours prior to the scheduled departure and report to the gate at least 30 minutes before departure time. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the loss of your seat.
Porterage at airports, tips to sightseeing guides, tips in restaurants, to hotel bellmen and chambermaids; items of a personal nature such as laundry,
phone calls or any other items not specified as included are not included in the package price.
GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation at any time should an error be made in computing your vacation price.
HOTEL TAXES AND SERVICE FEES
We market hotels under a 'prepaid/merchant' model, where we collect the full amount from you in advance and manage the payments to the hotel on your behalf. In connection with facilitating your hotel arrangement, the amount you are charged will include taxes and service fees. This amount includes an estimate to recover the amount we pay to the hotel, related to your reservation for taxes owed by the hotel including, without limitation, sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, goods and services tax, and/or other similar taxes. The amount paid to the hotel in connection with your reservation for taxes may vary from the amount we estimate and include in the amount charged to you.
Airlines are responsible only for the air transportation it provides in connection with a vacation and is not responsible for ground transportation,
accommodations, or other features of a vacation. GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL® shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of defect or through the acts or omissions of any person or company performing or rendering the services described in vacation brochures and/or flyers. The services described in vacation brochures/flyers other than air carriage are furnished by independent contractors who are not servants, joint ventures or partners with GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL®. All flights are subject to the particular airline Contract of Carriage which may be seen on request by contacting an Airline ticket office.
GOLD N' DAYZ ® Responsibility
GOLD N' DAYZ TRAVEL® is acting as a third party seller of travel and is responsible for arranging the services provided in the travel package described on this Web site. All other suppliers providing transportation, optional tours and lodging accommodations for GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL, are independent contractors and are not employees of GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL®. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers.
GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL®, its associated or affiliated companies, their agents, servants and employees, shall not be liable for any loss of or damage
to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission, of any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any persons rendering any of the services included in the vacation package. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages. In the event the GOLD N' DAYZ TRAVEL® services or accommodations cannot be provided due to delays or any other reason beyond the control of GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ®, will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative comparable services or accommodations. However, GOLD N' DAYZ TRAVEL® will not be liable for, and customer hereby waives any claim against GOLD N' DAYZ TRAVEL®, for any failure of performance by any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any other third party providing services hereunder.
It is agreed by and between the passenger and GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with or incident to the responsibility of GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL® shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the State of MARYLAND / PA to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.
GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL ® does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the advertisements or other information herein. Photographs and maps shown are for informational purposes only. All featured information, opinions and descriptions on hotels, condominiums or villas are advertisements based on such facts and representatives provided by each property. All hotel information, terms and conditions, special offers, bonuses and/or inclusions are subject to change without notice. The right is reserved to withdraw any program and/or offer and/or to make such changes as, in GOLD N’ DAYZ TRAVEL® sole discretion, is deemed necessary at any time.
